Originally from the Lynchburg-area of Virginia, I now live in upstate New York with my husband and our two cats Zeus and Gizzy. My main form of writing is poetry, but I also dabble in creative nonfiction.
When I’m not writing, which isn’t nearly as much as I should be, I am either dancing, indoor rock climbing, working out at the regular gym, kickboxing, collaging, and/or working on other mixed media “art.” I love movement as well as creativity.
